Hello Friends of the World :)) We are a French couple, we have lived in Bulgaria for 12 years.
MORE THAN A HOME OR PET SITTING, WE PROPOSE, FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, A HOUSE CARE AND HELP WITH MAINTENANCE WORK-15/20 HOURS/WEEK - FREE ACCOMODATION- BUT monthly participation for the electricity bill : 65 € -never max- in winter (dec.jan.feb) after between 15/30€/month, water bill : around 10 € and internet by optic fiber : 10€
We provide you with a country house in a Bulgarian village (3 grocery stores/bar, 1 mini-market/bar, 1 hardware store, 1 pharmacy, doctors and dentist office). The house offers very good comfort although "of country standard" ;), the 1000 m² garden is private, not overlooked, in a street with really little traffic. We are located 170 km north of Sofia, accessible by bus or train. If you are looking for peace and tranquility far from the hustle and bustle of the city, welcome!
The house is pretty, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Please note: no television, but efficient fiber optic internet, and office for teleworking.
On site, you will have the company of Fifi, an adorable 7-yo dog and Figaro, the naughty 5-yo cat.
During our absences, it will be necessary to come to our home, 700 meters away (10 minutes on foot or 5 by bicycle), to feed, cuddle and keep company twice a day with Ambre, a playful and affectionate 3-yo Doberman, Burberry, the cute, 1 yo Jack Russell mix and their three cat friends: Pushkin, Opium and Tao.
For this, bicycles are at your disposal if you prefer this mode of transport to walking!
During our presence, we will ask you to help us for gardening, cutting wood, painting, easy renovation, ect...
The house is perfectly suited to a person looking for calm, a single parent with 1 child (no more, sorry...) or a digital nomad couple or not.
